Your monthly rent includes water, internet, and in-suite laundry access (parking can be included for an additional 50$ fee). Electricity costs are split. The secure building has 17 stories, and this suite is on the 9th floor. The building offers a fitness room, party/social room, courtyard and a bike storage room. Located in Calgary’s downtown west end; the area in a safe and welcoming neighbourhood. The Marquis is next to the Bow River, amazing for an easy commute in and out of downtown via car or Calgary’s LRT System (1 block from CTrain), biking and walking/running paths, easy access to Princes Island Park, Millenium Park, and the University.

Hi there – I’ve been in Calgary for a little over a year now, I’m in my Master’s in Architecture program and work part time at a restaurant. I’m looking for a compatible roommate to share a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo at 1108 6th Avenue SW, The Marquis building. A little about me: • Introverted yet social • Active and into sports/fitness • Enjoy cooking • I grew up with 4 siblings so very adaptable, family motto is “go with the flow” • I’ve been a volunteer hockey coach for 8 years.
