You’ll be sharing the home with just the live-in landlord, making for a calm and respectful living environment. The room is private and roomy, with shared access to a full kitchen, basement laundry, and a sunny deck with a BBQ for summer grilling.

While the home has five bedrooms, there are currently no plans to bring in additional tenants. However, that could change in the future. If it does, the rent can be revisited and fairly renegotiated based on the new arrangement.
