Welcome to our beautiful brand new infill located in trendy Marda Loop area! You will have use of our fully developed and furnished “walkout” basement which boasts a bright and good sized bedroom (queen bed + closet and big enough to fit a desk and dresser), your own 3-piece bathroom with shower, a gym/office area, a bar-area with mini-fridge and sink and a comfortable TV lounge area. Kitchen and laundry access will be shared.

We are a short 5 mins drive / 30mins walk to Mount Royal University and easy access to bussing so an ideal location for a student! (And, don’t worry, the furniture / boxes currently being stored in the bedroom photos will be removed to make room for a dresser).

I am a single professional female who works downtown. I have a 14 yr old daughter who lives with me full time. She is an avid student and equestrian rider, so we are busy and out most weekday evenings. There is also our 5 year old pup Charlie. He is a small, hypo-allergenic Golden Doodle and about as sweet as they come! So you must like dogs and do not mind a well-behaved teenager being around.
