It’s a spacious 1 bedroom apartment on a 3rd storey walk up building directly across the subway. The building is right on the Humber River, gorgeous park and biking trails nearby. There is no underground parking at the moment, however there is space for your bike in the garage, and there is space in the storage for whatever you’d like to store.

I’m a professional female in mid 40’s, social worker, while I typically work 5 days/week out of the apartment, I currently work on a hybrid schedule for the next three months. I lead a healthy lifestyle, I’m a mix of friendly, social and also like to do my own thing. I’ll be happy to share more details when we connect.
