Room option 1: $900 a large, private living room, completely separate from the rest of the 1 bedroom by a long hallway in the apartment, it is street facing.

Room option 2: $1000 a smaller bedroom with a door next to kitchen and bathroom with a bed and a large dresser.

Building: an older, low rise, walk up

Area: The building is on the Humber River at Bloor/Old Mill, gorgeous park and biking trails nearby.

Parking: street only, bike storage only in underground p

Storage: available in the basement of building

Duration: two-months or longer
