Rent Options (All Utilities Included): • 2 people in the house: $1650/month per person • 3 people in the house: $1100/month per person • Rent includes electricity, water, heat, and internet

About the Property: Flexible room options: • Upstairs: Two smaller rooms—ideal for someone who wants a bedroom and a separate office or personal space. • Downstairs: A larger, more private room with its own bathroom (toilet, sink, and shower). This room does not have a built-in closet, but has space for a wardrobe or dresser. • Each bedroom setup comes with their own bathroom: • Upstairs bathrooms include toilet, sink, and bath/shower combos • Small private yard—perfect for relaxing. • Garage is currently being used for storage, but could be adjusted based on shared needs • Shared living areas are fully furnished (kitchen, living room, dining, etc.), while bedrooms are unfurnished, allowing you to personalize your space

I’m a friendly, easygoing, and tidy person who enjoys a calm and comfortable home life. While I’m a bit of an introvert/extrovert mix, I do love the occasional movie night or glass of wine with friends. I work very odd hours, so I’m often in and out of the house—and when I’m home, I like to keep things peaceful and clean.

I share the home with my two lovable furbabies: • Ace, a friendly dog who loves attention but knows how to chill • Alaska, a ragdoll cat—she’s calm and hypoallergenic, which is great for those with sensitivities

The majority of the house is already furnished, including the living spaces and kitchen. The bedrooms, however, will be unfurnished, so you’ll be able to make the space your own.
