All common areas outside of the bedroom are shared, including the furniture already set up in the main living space. You’re welcome to paint your room any colour you like, as long as it’s returned to white when you move out (the original paint colour is on hand). Rent is $1,040/month, which includes water. $40 of the rent covers WiFi, and hydro is split. The apartment is very close to the TTC, with direct transit lines into the city.
