Hello! I am looking to rent my second bedroom. This apartment is bright, quiet, and clean. Located very centrally, close to downtown and ~10 minutes to UofC. All fixtures and appliances are new/well maintained. The space is renovated with a modern feel. The building is non-smoking and pet friendly. My unit does not have any pets. The room is furnished with basic things like a bed and drawers - open to putting things in storage if need be. Everyone in the building is super friendly :)

I am a recent graduate from the university of Calgary. I love staying active and being outside! I spend some down time at home but prefer to be out and about / at work. I keep a clean space, like to cook, don’t smoke, and only drink socially (no large parties). Hoping to find someone with similar interests and lifestyle!
