Great Location in NW Calgary! Located in the peaceful and friendly neighbourhood of Brentwood. We are within close proximity to many public amenities, and a quick trip downtown.

Walking Distance:

• 5 to 10min to University of Calgary, Brentwood LRT (train), groceries stores, gym, dentist, medical, eye, pharmacy, banks, post offices, hair, cafes, restaurants etc…

Drive:

• 5 min to market mall & northland (Walmart, fountain tire, winners, library, recreational center, pool, gym, car dealerships etc…)

• 8 min drive/train to SAIT (4 stops by train)/16th avenue

• 15 min drive/train to downtown/city center

• SMOKING of any kind (cigar, vape, cannabis) is permitted OUTSIDE ONLY -> We do have a very nice large yard

• Parking: street parking in front or back

ROOM AVAILIBLE:

• Large furnished room with a queen sized bed (new mattress), curtains, desk, chair, mirror, shelve, closet, night table (bring your own pillow & bedding)

SHARED SPACES:

• Kitchen -> (appliances included: cooking ware, dishes, utensils, microwave, blender, stove, toaster, fridge)

• Living room -> furnished with seating areas, coffee table, tv

• Washroom -> full bath

• Laundry room -> in house, entrance to lower stairway

• Yard -> can bbq in summer

• NOTE: the property manager has agreed to take care of yard work and deep clean the shared spaces once a week.

Hi, I’m June! I’m a full-time workaholic who genuinely loves her job so I’ll be out for most of the day, but feel free to chat with me when I’m around! I’m an ambivert who leans more introverted. I can be talkative at times but most of the time I am quiet, tidy, and will mostly be out and about during the week or be a homebody in my room during the weekend watching videos, studying, or working on a hobby (with my earphones in of course). I am also the acting property manager who takes care of the house for the landlady. Any and all final decisions will have to pass through her though, I’m just the messenger.

Roomie #2: Deb is a full-time international student attending University of Calgary for her doctorate program. She’s also introverted and is mostly focused on her education and will go exploring/site seeing the city during her stay so she too will be out and about most of the time.

Looking for 1 more roommate for one of the large rooms who is respectful, cooperative, friendly, and clean. If you too are an introvert or workaholic who prefers privacy, this could be for you too! Or if you like to cook, workout at home, watch tv etc… you will literally have the whole house to yourself for most of the day while everyone else is out. (PS: the bedroom is large enough to work out with a yoga mat, but feel free to use the living room if its unoccupied or even the yard/deck)
