Private basement unit. Laundry facilities & yard is shared among all tenants but otherwise you’ll have the whole ground level suite to yourself (both main floor and basement have separate access to laundry facilities)

This is a pet friendly unit. The landlord is currently open to accepting 1 well behaved cat. There is no separate pet fee, though $50 will be added to the total rent cost for your feline friend. If you have other pets please let us know and maybe we can discuss.

• 5 min to Brentwood LRT (train/buses), gas station, groceries, strip mall (bank, dentist, medical, restaurants, hair, church etc…)

The room is essentially a large studio room with cooking and washroom separate from the main room. It has plenty of natural light during the day as it is a walkout with large windows.

Lease starts at 6 months with the option to renew to annual should you like your stay.

Hello! There are currently 3 roomies living on the main floor, all fulltime workers/students currently attending UofC and Sait as this location has always been a great choice for domestic and international students and singles looking for convenient transportation in a well established neighborhood.

Most are workaholics/super intense with their studies so they are out most of the day or pretty quiet in their rooms. Everyone’s very friendly but we aren’t really party people as we respect each others space and right to not be unnecessarily disturbed by loud noises. Just your avg chill group of young adults in late 20s to early 30s. Looking for someone like minded who is also respectful and considerate of others.
