This newly renovated bedroom in a 3 bed, 1.5 bath duplex is available for $925/month plus utilities  ($100/month).

Fully furnished, with air conditioning, and bi-monthly cleaning by a maid.

Walking distance from all amenities such as parks, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, medical facilities, and shopping. Across the road from several major bus routes, as well as bike and car share services.

All new appliances, Key-locked bedroom doors, Code-locked front door, HUGE backyard with gardens, patio, and a BBQ. Covered bike storage.

The house is guarded by a small brown house tiger named Baxi, who likes to cuddle. September through June rental agreement with both rental and storage options for the summer.

This is not a party house, but your friends are welcome to come socialize. COVID vaccination is mandatory. Smokers of any kind need not apply, even if you only do it occasionally or just smoke outside (sorry, the smell grosses me out). 3 references and proof of finances (for example: first and last months’ rent, a bank statement, 3 pay stubs, or a co-signer) are required. 

Please note, despite having bunk beds, the room is being rented for single occupancy. You’re welcome to use the other bed for storage, a sitting area or a sleeping space for the occasional guest.
