👥 You’ll be sharing the home with two working adults (not a couple) and a few friendly pets (cats & dogs). The vibe here is calm, inclusive, queer- and neurodivergent-friendly, and not a party house. We’re clean, respectful, and value open communication. Guests are welcome, but quiet hours and mutual respect matter.
The home is also base for a small pet care business (mostly evening pickups, occasional busy days). We keep things tidy with regular cleaning and air purifiers, but there will be some pet hair and dander.
