Hello! I am looking for a female roommate to move into a private flex room starting November 1st. The apartment is in Grange Park, with the park literally right outside your door (perfect for downtown living and peaceful nature breaks!). The area is very safe, with lots of attractions and things to do nearby. Due to the location, it is perfect for young professionals, as well as UofT, OCAD, TMU, and George Brown students.
🏡 About the Room:
Large, bright, flex room Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living space Laundry in building (basement level) Utilities INCLUDED (heat, water, electricity, internet) Secure building with restricted access and on-site security 📍About the Location:
1-minute walk to OCAD Short walk to UofT, George Brown College, TMU, and the AGO 3-minute walk to the AGO, 10 mins to Eaton Centre, and Chinatown around the corner 5-minute walk to NoFrills and many Chinese grocery stores Transit-friendly: 2-min walk to the 501 Queen streetcar 5-min walk to the 505 Dundas streetcar 8-min walk to Osgoode Station (Line 1 subway) 12-mins to Union station
If you’re looking for a safe, central, and convenient downtown spot with great transit and amazing walkability, this is it!
📩 Plz feel free to message me with a bit about yourself if you’re interested! I am happy to share any additional photos/videos of the space or answer any questions:)
About the roomies
Hi! I will be the leaseholder + your (potential) roommate for this unit. I am a 24-year-old counsellor. I am easygoing, and on the quieter side, but would like to think I am pretty friendly haha (I am still friends with many of my former roommates I have gotten to know throughout the years!) In my free time, I love to watch movies, draw, go for walks, try new recipes, and hang out with friends.
