3 bedroom upper level of duplex, large “wilderness” backyard with fire pit and picnic table. Large elevated front deck off living room. One bathroom shared, smaller sized kitchen, large living dining room. Room is average size 120-150sq foot about, with large closet (almost) walk in size. Living, kitchen, dining is furnished appropriately, including large screen tv and plants.
Easy access from downtown, deerfoot, blackfoot. 2min walk to max Purple bus.
No pets can be accommodated, however a large and very loving cat resides here.
Kitchen has dishes, pots and pans, utensils etc. Laundry is available for limited use.
We have 500Mb internet, which is included if you have a laptop +wifi for your phone. Tv has Disney, Prime and Netflix subscriptions. Heat, electric, water, garbage/compost/recycling are included. Propane BBQ on the deck, soda stream in kitchen.
Parking is free on street, but not dedicated.
About the roomies
