Our home is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in Erin Woods, with a large yard, neighborhood park right next door. A four piece exercise equipment set available for use in the basement. No smoking or vaping inside. $800 includes utilities and internet. The room will be furnished by the 16th and I will add pictures of the double bed as well as the electric sit stand desk.

Come join a bunch of nerds that include two fem and two masc people. Half of which are students at U of C. We are a chill group of board game enthusiasts who tend to quiet down around 11. And you get to enjoy the company of a fluffy, handsome big tabby named Gnar. <3
