This is a proper bedroom, not a den. 5 minutes walk to Dundas Station, very close to TMU, Financial District, Union Station, Eaton Centre and 505 street car.
Move in is Nov 01, 2025 and the rent is $1400 with utilities & wifi included. This is a new building with amenities like gym, bbq terrace and sauna.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the apartment with two girls. We are both very clean, chill and friendly. We both work full time and on our free time we like to explore the city, go to the gym, hang out with friends and watch movies. We are looking for someone who is very clean in common spaces, communicative and potentially become friends as well. We hope our future roomie doesn’t host a lot of parties but does’t mind having a few friends over from time to time (with notice).
