You can choose to have it fully furnished or only partially furnished IF you have some stuff and are gathering more stuff to eventually take with you to your own place one day.

December 01, all new bedding, sheets, pillows. New Bath towels. Professionally cleaned, ready to move in.

Close to everything downtown, very convenient location two blocks from Stanley Park. Safeway, less than a block away. Large, 612 sq ft. enclosed private back yard.

In-suite washer/dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, black-out curtains, separate/private internet router/dishes, pot/pans/etc. separate cupboard/drawer/counter top space in the kitchen. It’s as close to living by yourself as you can get.

Underground parking for a small vehicle. All utilities included. All you need to bring is your personal effects.

The best thing about this apartment is the size, the apartment is the width of the building, it’s the only unit on this floor,. There is a lot of distance between the two living areas. It’s really very private for each of us. ♥ best of [?]
