Located right across the street from Riviere des Prairies a room on the top floor of a bright, open 3 bdrm duplex is available for rent until June 30, 2025. Lots of parks nearby and right on the bike trail. The room is furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, overhead fan and large windows and closet. In-unit washer & dryer included as well as fridge, stove, microwave, dining table, chairs. There is a living room sectional sofa & ottoman as well. A balcony and a spiral staircase second access from the kitchen are nice features as well. Apartment will be shared with two other female roommates. A second slightly smaller room is also available for $699 per month. On the Langelier 33 bus route - Montreal-Nord. No pets.
About the roomies
Currently one of the rooms is rented by a friendly, professional female working hybrid in Montreal. Wifi is included in the rent but hydro is charged separately and divided equally by the tenants.
