Furnished Etobicoke house with Large size front bedroom with queen size bed available ready with a lock/key installed on the bedroom door for privacy. Great spot for commuters or those new to the area or those just wanting a furnished place.

Room has a queen size bed with bedding provided, night tables, desk & chair, tv plus stand, fridge, brita, side pantry table, mirrored closet, hanging organizer, hangers, shoe stand and boot tray. Set up ready to go Airbnb style so no need to bring anything but yourself!

Living room has as office area with printer and bathroom and kitchen fully furnished as well. We have separate pantry shelves and kitchen is very clean and very transparent for immediate clean up after each use.

Everyone has their own bedroom fridge/freezer, Brita and dish rack so shared kitchen use is optional depending on if you’re cooking or not. If so, there’s lots of small appliances but the kitchen house rule is immediate clean up after each use. If you’re in a rush to work, please keep dirty dishes in your room on your own drying rack washed or not so that the counters are always tidy, clean and free of personal items so that the kitchen space and counter is always left available for the next persons’ use.

House rules are: no shoes aside from one pair at the front door & the rest are to be kept on your bedroom shoe racks, no personal items in common areas, immediate clean up in kitchen, quiet at all times so headphones preferred & no speaker, no over night guests. Laundry is two quick loads so no more than a 3hrs per week.

Everyone should be responsible enough to take out garbages, bins to street and back, share turns cleaning and being respectful.

Long driveway tandem style and lots of free street parking. *if parking is available it’s $100 monthly.

Looking for working professional who wants to live in a relaxing, quiet, clean and peaceful environment. Preferably someone working on location. We are hybrid here already so would prefer a full time person who works during the day hours.

Rent is $800 monthly for room. This includes bedroom, shared bath and kitchen and front and backyard patios.

*Utilities/cable/net NOT included ($200 each). Please note $200 shared bills required upfront as part of lease. So please be prepared for $1000 total monthly expenses and etransfer. This way your costs are consistent every month and easy for your accounting. Only shared house costs left are for toiletries and kitchen supplies.

If living in a beautiful, clean, healthy and quiet home then this is the place for you!

We take weekly cleaning turns but may occasionally have a home cleaning company for deep cleanings.

Shared turns for lawn and snow care but when the place is fully occupied, we may have additional workers to help out here.

Location is between Islington and Kipling just north of the Queensway across from plaza with a grocery store.
