This bedroom is located in the basement, so it is fairly secluded from the rest of the house. The house is furnished but the bedroom is unfurnished. There is in-suite laundry as well as a parking spot included. Utilities are shared among the household.

Rent is $700 per month. First and Last Month deposit required, as well as a reference and proof of employment.

We are located on The Queensway at Islington Avenue. 5 minute walk from the unit you’ll find Costco, No Frills & Fit 4 Less. TTC connections to Mimico Go and Islington Station are just steps out the door.
