Comfortable private furnished room in house in the Downtown Hamilton L8L is currently being renovated and is currently seeking employed professionals and or mature students (but not subject to).
Shared: two full washrooms and shared full kitchen. Central air conditioning and heating. Appliances including electric stove, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and in unit washer and dryer. There will be a sitting room, with or without a tv set (that hasn’t been decided yet, roommates can decide together) Rent is $1,200/month which includes utilities.
