The location is conveniently close to supermarkets, Dorchester-Morrison Hub, (14 minutes walk), and serves major routes; 6 minutes walk to 115, 107 and another 10 minutes away to 114/109 bus stop. This is an excellent option for public transit users. All bills, Wifi and parking, laundry and utilities are included. Short-term renters are welcome.
Applicants must be strictly non-smokers, refrain from alcohol consumption and parties, and avoid hosting guests. Host is highly allergic to pets, smoking and marijuana. The host lives in the same premises.
