Outside, there is ample space for walking, relaxing, making international calls, and enjoying food. Please note, no children, pets, drugs, or alcohol are allowed on the premises. Applicants must be strictly non-smokers, refrain from alcohol consumption and parties, and preferably avoid hosting guests. However, you are welcome to enjoy the garden, gazebo, and garden seat. Ideal candidates are clean, respectful, employed, and able to provide two references—one from their employer and another personal reference or letter from the university.
