The furnished master bedroom, with a swimming pool view on the main floor, is available and ideal for a working professional or student (males preferred). Single person only. The second bed will be removed. This room is separated from common areas to ensure privacy, quietness, and a conducive environment for study. It is furnished with a queen bed, computer desk and chair, lamp, desk lamp, wardrobe, and bookshelf. A two-seat couch will also be provided. The room is large. A clean, modern shared washroom, living and dining area, and a kitchen (equipped with an electric kettle, ample cabinet space, air fryer, microwave, and fridge on the main floor; stove for heavy cooking in the basement; and upper floor for light cooking) are available. Outside, there is ample space for walking, relaxing, making international calls, and enjoying food. Please note, no children, pets, drugs, or alcohol are allowed on the premises. Applicants must be strictly non-smokers, refrain from alcohol consumption and parties, and preferably avoid hosting guests. However, you are welcome to enjoy the garden, gazebo, and garden seat. Ideal candidates are clean, respectful, employed, and able to provide two references—one from their employer and another personal reference or letter from the university. Both the first and security deposits for last month’s rent are required. The last month’s payment could be made in 2 installments. Double parking, high-speed internet, and utilities are included.
