Currently 1 male lives in one of the rooms outside the main basement area; a door separates the area. He is a student and also works. A quiet respectable individual. The entire spacious living area will be shared by only two adults. Double parking space, high-speed internet, and laundry facilities are available. Outside, there is ample space to walk and a garden seat, and a Gazebo for relaxation. There are power outlets in the Gazebo to do your assignments if you wish. First and Last are required. utilities, all bills + wifi are included. Car park $50
Use of the swimming pool is not included.
