This is a waterfront property at the mouth of Goldstream park. Bring your paddle board and kayak and head into the inlet. There’s lots of hiking nearby. It’s a great property for those into nature. It’s a 12 minute drive from downtown Langford the road up here isn’t for everybody. You definitely feel like you are away from the city. This is a large private room with ensuite. The ceiling is 7 ft high and the window doesn’t go to the outside. It’s a large shared kitchen my living room and bedroom are on the other side of the house seperated by a door. Im looking for a quiet, tidy respectful tenant that works out of the house.

I live a healthy quiet life with my two small dogs. I work in the healthcare field and im away a couple nights a week. I spend very little time in the shared kitchen 😊
