maison récemment rénovée (déc 2025) à rosemont. recently renovated house (dec 2025) in rosemont. chambres meublées (matelas, cadre de lit, lampe, rideaux). furnished rooms (mattress, bedframe, lamp, curtains). lave linge et sèche linge dispo à chaque étage. washer and dryer present on each floor.

je viens d emménager et habite au sous sol. 2/3 chambres dispo. 700$ (plus petit) ou 750$. les charges sont inclues dans le loyer (eau, électricité, internet). ma vie quotidienne, c’est métro boulot dodo… mais on peut sortir faire un truc le weekend ! j’espère trouver un.e coloc propre et poli.e :) n’hésite pas de me contacter !
