THREE rooms in total available upper and lower level rooms ($1100,$1200 & $1300/month) for McMaster University students for the 2026/2027 school year with May 1, 2026, move-in. It’s a great student house for McMaster University students and close to bus route (20min bus ride, 6 min car ride). House is well maintained and currently being occupied by 1 male and 2 female students. All utilities, AC and Wi-Fi included. Common areas shared by all are a spacious family room and kitchen and fabulous quiet backyard great in the warmer months! Driveway-parking available.
