This house offers a very unique set up – you and I share the kitchen and dining area, as well as a very large back deck with bbq, and back yard. You enter your own second-floor space through a door that closes, giving you maximum privacy, in the kitchen. Up the stairs is a small sitting room with a large closet, suitable as a study space and reading nook. There is also a large room for your bed and personal belongings. Off this room you have your own three-piece bath and storage space.

The right person for this space leads a relatively quiet life, is a good communicator, friendly and kind, and appreciates the need to contribute to the maintenance of the shared space. The main and second floor of the house is rented by the current occupant (me!). There are also tenants in the basement suite which we need to be mindful of as well. I occupy the front rooms of the main floor, and share the kitchen and dining nook with you. I am in my 50s, I work half at home and half in an office. I occasionally have friends over for dinner, but my evenings typically end at 10pm.
