Our home is warm, caring, and safe, with a comfortable blend of English and Vietnamese spoken daily. Transportation is extremely convenient: the bus stop is just 10 meters away, and it’s only a 4‑minute bus ride or 12-minute walk to Kipling Subway Station. We live in a safe, vibrant neighborhood surrounded by plenty shops and restaurants. Farm Boy, Shoppers Drug Mart, grocery stores, Tims, Starbuck, banks, and the local library are all within a 12‑minute walk. This location is ideal for students commuting to University of Toronto, Toronto Metropolitan University, Humber College - Lakeshore campus, George Brown, and other campuses across the city
We offer three newly renovated guest rooms located in the bright, high‑rise basement of our home. Each room has large windows, plenty of natural light, and its own private washroom. Rooms are fully furnished with air conditioning and heating, high‑speed internet, a large bed (King or Queen), TV, wardrobe, study desk, chair, and lamp. Clean bedding, towels, and pillows are provided. For your convenience, the kitchen is fully equipped for simple meal preparation, including a microwave, kettle, air fryer, fridge, and toaster, and laundry facilities are available on weekends. Complimentary: a filtered water jug is provided each room.
House Rules: Guests are responsible for keeping their bedroom and bathroom tidy. Guests must wash their own laundry and bed sheets (weekends only). Windows and doors must remain closed when heating or air conditioning is on. Please turn off heating/air conditioning when leaving the house. No outside shoes inside the home—please bring indoor slippers. No overnight guests. Quiet hours are from 10:30 pm to 7:30 am. The kitchen must be cleaned after each use and help keep all shared areas neat for everyone’s comfort. We do not accept smokers. We kindly ask guests to treat our home with respect, just as we will treat you with respect.
