My roommate and I (male and female) are trying to find an additional roommate for our four bedroom-two bathroom house. Room is furnished and spacious with multiple windows for sunlight. Overlooks the backyard, where you can hold visitors for a nice outdoor picnic. Laundry in-suite with big kitchen space. Utilities (hydro and water) and wifi are separate but total cost is halved between the basement and main floor so it won’t be too big. Just twelve-minute walk to Kennedy station with a bus stop six minutes away.

Preferable female occupants but males are acceptable.

We are college friends who also happen to be queer. Despite our introverted nature, we are very friendly with people especially if you happen to belong in fandoms. As for work times, I am usually a morning person while my other roommate is a night owl. At times, we will be having friends over but you won’t need to worry as we usually hide in our dens mostly.
