We have a cozy, furnished, private basement living space perfect for a working professional or student who values a peaceful and friendly environment. Includes: A bedroom with a double bed frame and a large wardrobe, a living area with a couch, loveseat, and coffee table, and a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, toaster, and a mini fridge. A mattress, desk, and kitchen essentials such as plates, cutlery, etc. can also be included if needed, as well all furnishings can be removed if you have your own that you would prefer to use.
Shared spaces are 2 bathrooms (powder room is only a few steps up from the basement, and is rarely only used by visitors), laundry room, full kitchen, family room, dining room, private balcony and beautiful backyard.
Smoke free, drug free, clean and tidy environment. Parking (driveway), all utilities and Wi-Fi are also included. Walking distance from grocery stores, Shoppers Drug Mart, TD bank, restaurants & parks.

I’m a single professional mom who occasionally works from home. I share my home with my 22 year old daughter who is a 4th year student at U of Ottawa, and two very people friendly and cuddly cats.
