She has one friendly, well-behaved indoor cat. The home is kept clean and calm, and the cat is part of a peaceful daily routine.
I’m looking for a female tenant (student preferred) who is responsible, tidy, and respectful. No smoking, no drugs, and no parties.
The room is available from February 6 until the end of July. I will be traveling to Europe during this period, and my sister will be living in the home.
