About the room
Den bedroom available in shared condo. **The Den has no window ** however, it has an air vent similar to when bathrooms do not have a window.
750+125 utilities, 875 per month.
It is partially furnished with a captains bed frame (will need a mattress - I can help with this) the bed frame can be a twin size, double or queen. It is set up as a queen size right now but can be smaller if more room space is preferred.
The room has a small TV mounted, with a google chrome cast so you can cast your shows from your device to the tv.
The living space is furnished with all the kitchen appliances you’d ever need. If you have your own that’s okay too.
About the roomies
My name is Jessica, I work for provincial government as a team lead and work from home most days with the option to go into office downtown or a shared workspace in west hills.
I have a cat, cali - she is in the photos. She is very social and loves attention. I can only have 1 pet with the size of the unit unfortunately but if you like cats this could be a good fit :)
