Looking for a female/femme roommate for April 1st to share this super spacious 2 bedroom apartment! The available room is 13.5 x 9.5 ft (I have a floor plan if you’d like to see it). Rent is $1250/month, with hydro, hot water, gas and WiFi billed separately. The unit itself has a really comfortable, homey feel and lots of space! Some of the current furniture and decor will be removed, and I’d love to live with someone who wants to make the space feel like their home too.

Amenities include: • In-unit laundry • Dishwasher • A large amount of storage (both in the unit and underneath it) • A working fireplace • Parking available • A huge private patio, great for hosting (more than 3x the space than in the photo) • Walking distance to James St, GO terminal, Downtown, Locke St, Mountain stairs and St Joes Hospital.

I’m a respectful, goofy, fun loving tattoo artist in my late 20s. I value mutual respect and good communication. As much as I love to be social, I also really value my personal time and quiet moments. I have an 11yo, 70lbs, quiet German Shepard mix who is glued to my hip. He comes to work with me everyday and spends a lot of his free time napping. He loves people so much (especially his mom) but is not friendly with dogs or cats, so unfortunately we cannot accommodate other free range animals. Caged animals are fine. I also have a ball python.

I’m looking for someone who is queer-friendly and sex-positive (this is important to me), considerate, and comfortable sharing a space in a way that feels easy and respectful for everyone.
