Looking for a third in an the Burnaby(bordering East Van) - with easy access to Downtown via the R5 (about 30 min). Lots of amenities near by, ample street parking (no cost). The place is a bit older but the the price/ size is the selling point (full 2 levels shared with 2, 1 which travels often for work). Massive garden for the summer BBQ friendly and great neighbors. The room is unfurnished but all common areas are well stocked. Garage and basement have plenty of area for storage - 825$/ month plus hydro, internet, gas looking around 900-925$ at the most egregious expensive times. March 1st earlier move in can be negotiated. Note there is a dog (a very chill non barking dog) here most days, potentially welcoming to more pets but them getting along to be considered

We are 2 early 30-somthings (1 Gay Man, 1 Woman). One travels for work often and the other is pretty low key and keeps to themselves. Friendly duo but we go about our lives, looking for LGBT friendly.
