Mature, quiet, single homeowner, no kids, with own interests, values privacy and mutual respect lives upstairs with own bathroom etc. Open to communal dinners/BBQs/game nights or food bulk purchasing/prep, if ages/interests align. Otherwise keep much to myself. Get along with most folks.
