Description: Looking for a respectful female student or young working professional in their 20’s to join our spacious home starting March 1st. You will be sharing a house with four other girls in their 20’s.

• $735/month, all utilities and Wi-Fi included

• room dimensions: 7 ft 8 in x 33 ft 2 in, approx 254 squared feet
• full shared kitchen (dishwasher included)
• Full shared bathroom (you will only have to share with 3 other girls as the 4th has their own) and half a bathroom downstairs

• ~20-min walk / bus ride to Carleton University
• ~30-min bus ride to Algonquin College
• 15 minute bus ride to Merivale Road or Billings Bridge Shopping Centre
• 111/112 bus stop about 5-minute walk away
• Bank, convenience stores and pharmacies within walking distance of house

House Rules:

• No cats (unfortunately we have people with allergies)
• Please avoid doing laundry past 10:30pm
• Avoid leaving dirty dishes out
• Please clean up after yourself
• No smoking in the house

You will be sharing the house with four other women in their 20’s.

We currently have one roommate who is a full-time student and three of us who are working professionals either working full-time or part-time.

We tend to be fairly quiet, but we each have our own activities we like to do at home, so occasionally you will hear one of us watching tv, playing music, exercising, or playing video games, but we try and keep the noise to a minimum.
