One Bedroom available in a house for a single person - shared accommodation. You will have access to most of the house - lots of space.
NOTE: It is furnished with: full size DRESSER with MIRROR, and PLUSH QUEEN BED MATTRESS WITH METAL FRAME & HEADBOARD - all SOLID WOOD (no Ikea junk).
All room doors on the floor have since been updated to SOLID core white privacy doors. All rooms have privacy locks - individually keyed. The house has a private backyard and driveway for parking. House is almost 3,000 sq. ft. in size - like a Whistler getaway vacation.
To ensure compatibility you must be: professionally employed, or a student with proof of funding, quiet, and compatible with those who are already living there (females in late twenties).
You must provide: Proof of income (credit check) Criminal background check Employment proof (if not a student) and Verifiable references
Please NO PETS OR SMOKING - due to existing allergies with tenants already living there.
