The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood in south etobicoke, the subway is a 15 minutes walk or a 3 minutes walk to a bus that will take you straight to the subway station. Also close to the Gradient/QEW. There’s a full kitchen, two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), there’s a washer/dryer int he basement. Also has a living room, family room and a mostly soundproofed room in the basement I use for music (but not often). There’s driveway with space for two cars (I don’t have a car). and street parking if you or a guest need it.

It’s an old house that’s in good shape. HVAC/central air., and we’re doing some renovations on the kitchen and bathrooms within the next two years.

The water pressure is great, but the hot water can only accommodate about four showers worth of hot water in a 12 hour period.

There’s also a good sized backyard which is great for pets, but I’d ask that you clean up any poop so I don’t step on it when mowing the lawn :)

I also have a BBQ in the backyard that you’re welcome to use.

Also if you smoke cigarettes or weed, I prefer you smoke outside, the porch is great for that. If you vape, you’re welcome to do so inside.

Hi I’m Marko! I live alone in this house. I’m a musician, and other musicians are welcomed and even encouraged! I’m not at the house all he time, so you’ll have the house to yourself sometimes. Couples are welcomed, but I’d need to charge a little more if your partner will be staying at the house for more than 2-3 days a week (of course we can make an occasional exception if needed). I love animals and pets are welcome, I prefer a dog, but if you have a cat I’ll probably have trouble saying no to one :) I clean up after myself (dishes, etc), I enjoy my quiet time, but also love hosting people, and if you want to have friends over, I’m all for it, tough would just need to have a conversation before, and make sure these are people you trust and are not prone to causing any kind of problems. I love video games, films and any kind of art, and bonus points of you draw a gamers or a creative type! There’s also space in the basement to work on anything like painting or sculpting or anything that requires a space with room na make a bit of a mess.
