Friendly and safe neighborhood. Very comfortable and very clean well designed home. Rent is $1100. and includes all utilities. Some storage area available. Also room for bicycle storage in garage and car parking in driveway. Looking for responsible individual who wants a cozy home atmosphere. And a person who likes a clean living space and is willing to contribute to keeping common areas clean. Communication is essential in a shared household.
