Location is close to Garibaldi Estates, second floor apartment, close to shopping centers and bus routes, bus stop for main routines on location, plenty of amenities nearby, hikeing and out door recreations, a very comfortable single bed and furniture for storing belongings are provided, and common areas are fully furnished and kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, plates, oven, stove, as well as other additional cooking equipment such as airfryer, instant pot, electric kettle, and coffee maker. one 3 peice bathroom. $900 covers your rent, internet, hydro. Must pay for own laundry in laundry rooms, its shared with other units $2.25 - $2.50 per cycle both washers and dryers This is a semi private room, as seen in the photos the room dose not have a door on the room and is missing a wall. but is sectioned off from the rest of the house with curtains in two places to separate it from the living room and kitchen, there is adequate visual privacy from the other living spaces but not alot of auditory privacy. It is the dinning room space converted into a second bedroom. The curtains that are provided let in my natural light but you may also use blackout curtains if you like and I can help put them up.

I am the only one person currently living in the master bedroom and looking for 1 house mate (no couples living together) . I am quiet and respectful, and am looking for the same in a room mate. Please no alcohol or drugs in the house and no party’s, I dont mind if you enjoy the odd cold one and you may keep it in the fridge, but please, no heavy intoxication on the premises. I’m not going to tell you how to live your life but this is a drug free home be please be respectful and able to pay rent on time. I keep the house well clean and organized and I clean up after myself, and I hope for the same in a room mate, there is shared cleaning responsibility like vacuming and moping, kitchen, living room, and bathroom ect. I enjoy music during the day sometimes either in my room or sometimes in the living room, but most of the time I’m pretty quiet. Early riser early to bed, I’m quieter in the evenings. I occasionally have a family member over for dinner and the odd guest. A guest or two is permitted during the day and evening. I do not enter the other person’s room for any reason unless there were a saftey hazard, I respect people’s right to there belongings, personal space, and privacy, I hope for the same in return. I may be in common spaces such as living room and kitchen at certian times during the day but I try to minimize the time in evenings and at night. I am usually in bed by 10:30pm. I ask that you please respect quiet time after 11pm and not have guests over night unless it is communicated and agreed upon by both of us. Please try your best not to be talking loud on the phone late at night and if you must be on a call please do your best to keep it at a low volume. Due to the nature of this setup if you ever need extra privacy, for example for a private phone call, simply ask and I will take steps to provide more privacy. I do prefer a female room mate because in my experience they have kept things more tidy and are easier to get long with, but I am also open to a male room mate if I think it will be a good fit, and if you are neither of those genders thats ok too ☺️. I am very easy going and easy to get along with, I only ask we be respectful. I have been in this apartment for 10 years and have had some great room mates, and I hope you will be too. Hobbies: Hiking, Cold Plunges, Musical Instruments, Cooking, Reading, Writing, Yoga, Meditation, Relaxing with a coffee. Note: I don’t really watch TV and there is no TV in the living room, you’re welcome to bring a TV for the living room and the nice thing is I don’t care whats on so you pick. I have a TV in my room and watch the occasional movie on Netflix.
