A cute 2 bedroom townhouse just a 10 minute drive from the university, walking distance to 8th st andTaylor st. Three levels, unfinished basement with washer and dryer, big kitchen with dishwasher and double sink. Huge windows throughout the townhouse. Both bedrooms upstairs, the roommate I moved in with, decided to live in the basement so that’s also an option. Shared bathroom on the top level, lots of space. Hard wood floors except the stairs ( weird) but it’s there. Crazy amount of street parking out front if you have a car and a spot available to rent in the back lot if you’d like. Internet included in the rent, all other utilities we will split. I’m crazy about turning lights off haha

I’m a private Nanny who works anywhere from 8-10hr shifts 5 days a week. I love cooking, I’m always listening to music. I am very social and would love a roommate that mirrors that extraverted lifestyle. I eat clean and go to the gym 6x a week. I’m looking for someone who likes cats, and I wouldn’t be against having someone who also has a cat.
