Hi, My name is Nicole and I am 31 years old. I own an air conditioned 3 bedroom bungalow in West Brant with a large backyard, deck and front porch overlooking a park in a quiet family neighbourhood in the area near Oakhill. I am looking for a considerate female (professional or student) to share the main floor of my home. I am offering a bedroom and second room that can be set up as a den furnished with couch, TV and or desk with additional closet space. Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. (Furniture available in picture - New Queen mattress/night table/dresser/TV/Reclining Love Seat). Utilities & Internet included. Furniture can be removed if you would like to rent unfurnished. The rest of the house (Kitchen/Renovated Bathroom with two sinks and Livingroom will be shared. I do have a friendly small female Bernese/Lab that stays with me on occasion. Utilities and Internet included. Washer / Dryer on Main Floor. Bus stop on Colborne.

I am a quiet and have an easy going personality. I work allot including most weekends. In my spare time I enjoy knitting, reading, cooking, hiking and travelling. Most of my friends live out of town so I am home alone most of the time. I do really enjoy sitting on my front porch which overlooks a park.
