Hi, My name is Nicole and I am 30 years old. I own a bungalow in West Brant with a large backyard, deck and front porch overlooking a park in a quiet area near Oakhill. My friend/room mate is moving out early April to move in with his girlfriend so I am looking for a professional, considerate female to share the main floor of my home. I am offering a bedroom and second room that can be set up as a den. Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. Utilities & Internet included. (Note: Furniture in the picture is my Roommates). Furniture will be replaced if you would like to rent furnished. Room will be repainted neutral color. The rest of the house (Kitchen/Renovated Bathroom and Livingroom will be shared. I do have a friendly female Bernese/Lab that lives with my parents but comes to visit on occasion and when they are away. Utilities and Internet included. Washer / Dryer on Main Floor. Bus stop short walk.

I am a quiet and have an easy going personality. I work allot including most weekends. In my spare time I enjoy knitting, reading, cooking, hiking and travelling. Most of my friends live in out of town so I am home alone most of the time. I do really enjoy sitting on my front porch which overlooks a park.
