• current lease until August 2026, open to sublet or adding to current lease. -2bd 1 bath basement suite, 50% underground(lots of natural light),private enterance -parking space available in back and street parking -private laundry in suite -2 cats living within the suite, so must be ok with pets. They are super friendly. -house is smoking friendly, outside only! -space in storage room for extra stuff -very attentive (when needed) and reliable landlord -close to bus routes easily get downtown in 20 mins via transit. -Less than 10 minutes from 16ave so connecting to major bus routes is easy!

About me :

• I am 26, working full time

• I am introverted/extroverted so spend time at home chilling with my cats but also like to socialize with friends.
