I’m re-renting a room. The townhouse is located at 7630 Ogden Rd SE. It’s conveniently located for those without a car. There’s also a parking space. The landlord is a wonderful person. Three young students live there, and they keep it clean and quiet. I rarely see them, often for a couple of minutes a day. The kitchen is practically empty—no one cooks. The washer and dryer are included. I’m moving out. So it is available from 15th of April.

Room 3 is completely available and paid till 30th April (that means you do not pay rent till 30th April). Anyone looking now will be just in time. There’s a security deposit of 600 bucks. The contract is valid until August 31st and can be extended month-month after that. If you have any questions, I’m waiting for a private message.

The lease is for another 4 months.
