Hello, I have the master bedroom of my apartment becoming available this summer in July. I am looking for a responsible, pet friendly person or couple looking to move in. The room is large with a walk in closet, shaded by a tree outside the window. Located in West galt in Cambridge close to downtown and very close to amenities such as grocery store, shoppers, dollar store, walk in clinic, restaurants and more, with the university of Waterloo architecture campus just a 5 minute drive or 25 minutes walk away. This is a pet friendly apartment and parking spots are available for a fee. (When I owned a car, it was $25/month several years ago. Price may have changed and I can certainly inquire for you.) Living room comes furnished so it’s mainly just the bedroom to worry about. The neighborhood has become much more peaceful since the closure of a local beer store, it is also adjacent to a local park with brand new tennis courses. The building has its own laundry room provided by a 3rd party and costs roughly $5-6 per load, but we also have two laundromats nearby as well. Hydro and Internet for the bedroom is not included in the rent cost. Apartment comes with a fairly new fridge that was replaced last year, electric oven/stove, patio, and a well maintained bathroom.
My name is Dylan. I work full time day shifts in a warehouse and I tend to be gone for around 11-12h a day. I am a quiet person who usually spends most of my time hanging out in my room. I have one beautiful very friendly orange male cat in the apartment, I also have a large 55 gallon fish tank with a closed lid with 3 timid piranhas inside, and a small bearded dragon who lives in my bedroom in another closed lid tank. I am gay, friendly, respectful and easy to communicate with, I do like to enjoy a glass of wine from time to time, but I do not do drugs besides cannabis outside.
