Clean and comfortable private room with wardrobe is available for rent in a well-maintained house in Langford. Room is fully furnished including brand new mattress, bed sheets & comforter. (Mattress to arrive April 13)

Looking for a quiet and respectful student or professional worker (female) to rent a private room in my home for single use. This is a peaceful and respectful environment, as you will be sharing the kitchen with myself (female owner).

Rent covers Internet, Hydro, Water, and Recycling (all utilities).

Access to laundry of the house.

No pets (I already have a small dog) Non-smoking and no drugs. Looking for someone who values a quiet, clean living space and who is responsible and respectful. Located in quiet Happy Valley neighborhood, walking distance to busses. Parking available in driveway (to be discussed).

Looking for Long term (we can agree on month to month basis) Available May 1 or sooner. (moving in date is negociable)
