The apartment is on the penthouse floor and faces NW. It’s 3 minute walk from TMU, 15 from UofT, and 5 from the subway station. There’s lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. There’s lots of amenities included, such as: study floor, lounge floors, outdoor patio, pet outdoor area, BBQ area, gym, and bike room. The room has its own closet suitable for 1 person. A twin bed, desk, and chair are also included. The whole house is basically yours to use, kitchen, washer & dryer, and microwave are included.

About the roomies

No one will be in the condo at the time, but we do have a roommate who is travelling and will be coming back in August. The washroom is your own as no one else will be using it.
