You will be renting the master bedroom on the main floor, which includes a private bathroom and two closets. The other two roommates share a separate main bathroom.
The room is furnished with a Tempur-Pedic queen mattress on a wood frame bed, along with a small corner desk that fits a laptop and chair. The bedroom also features two mirrored sliding closet doors.
Located in Killarney SW, the home is just a short walk to Westbrook LRT Station, making commuting simple and convenient.
We are looking for a clean, respectful, and open-minded individual who is comfortable sharing common areas and enjoys a friendly, social environment at home.
This is not a party house. It is a quiet space intended for relaxing and unwinding. Social activities should be kept outside the home, such as at pubs or with friends elsewhere. Everyone is expected to be mindful of each other’s schedules.
There are two additional tenants in a separate basement unit, so maintaining a quiet and respectful household is essential.
The home also features an excellent backyard with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing during warmer months.
