• Employed full-time (non-work-from-home preferred)
• Very clean and tidy. We do not clean after each other.
• Responsible and considerate in shared spaces
• Communicative and mature.

Cleanliness is extremely important in this home. Shared spaces are expected to be cleaned immediately after use, and kitchen/common area cleaning is rotated weekly to maintain a consistently comfortable living environment.

This is a home best suited for someone who values peace, privacy, and mutual respect. The goal is to create a relaxed, drama-free space where both roommates can comfortably unwind.

Guest visits should always be discussed and mutually respected to maintain the quiet atmosphere of the home.

Laundry access is shared and coordinated respectfully between roommates. (Friday nights and all day Saturday and Sunday)
