Roommate wanted - Humber Bay condo, June 15 or July 15 move-in

Hey! I’m looking for a respectful, quiet, and clean roommate (M/F) to share a 2-bed/2-bath condo at Park Lawn & Lake Shore. Hoping to find someone looking to stay longer-term (at least a year). No pets or couples, please.

Cost:

• Rent: $1285
• Hydro: $36.50/mo
• Internet: $33.87/mo (includes Crave through my plan)
• Parking available in the building for $200/mo

The place:

• 880 sq ft corner unit in Humber Bay with a large wrap-around balcony and lake views
• Bedroom fits a queen bed, desk/chair, nightstand, and shelves; large mirrored closet; lake view
• Partially furnished - living space is set up, just bring your bedroom furniture
• Full bathroom with glass shower door
• In-suite laundry
• Building amenities: full gym with weights and cardio, pool, sauna, steam room, squash courts, party room, BBQ terrace
• Groceries, banks, and LCBO within the condo subdivision; TTC and the lake a quick walk away

Rental terms: New roommate will be added to the current lease as a tenant. Rent increases are capped at the annual provincial guideline (unit was occupied before Nov 15, 2018). ID, income proof, credit report, and a rental application required (I’ll provide the application).
